P-SEC is currently seeking full-time Tower Inspectors to commence work on October 14, 2019 or sooner.  Hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 5:30 PM with 0.5 hour lunch break (40 hour work week). 

The Tower Inspector position will primarily be responsible for:

  • Tower audits;
  • Tower mappings;
  • Maintenance inspections;
  • Post-construction inspections; and
  • Reporting for towers located in Canada and the United States.

A successful candidate must have:

  • Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed;
  • Enjoy working outside
  • Be comfortable working at Heights;
  • Be physically fit to climb towers;
  • Be capable of working in Canada; and
  • Have a valid Drivers' License with a good driving record.

Preference may be given to candidates that have:

  • Experience with rock climbing, working at heights, and/or climbing utility poles;
  • Experience with tower rigging;
  • Previous tower inspection experience; and/or
  • Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma or Civil Engineering Degree.
